As an encouragement to post a comment I am offering a copy of my book "How to Complete a PhD" to the most thought provoking comment during the month of May.
It's sad to observe that comments (and frequentation?) of blogs about research have "dried up" with the return of the sunny days. But what does that imply about researchers and PhD students worldwide?
Thanks for your comment. I think people are often a bit shy about posting, or they are not interested in registering with Google. I started the blog hoping my doctoral students might post comments and suggestions and so start a sort of research dialogue. However, it hasn't worked out that way.
